Awesome service, I called and they were here within an hour and had our door working great very quickly. The price was reasonable and the service from the office to the guys working on the door was phenomenal. We had our torsion springs replaced and due to ground movement they put in rollers that could give more room for the movement. They also helped program a remote that I had purchased before and couldn't figure out. Thanks for the great work. I don't post many reviews but when service is this good I just had to.

I had an issue with my garage door not closing on a very cold day. They showed up shortly after I called and had it fixed up within a half hour. My day got off to a rocky start when my garage wouldn't open. But, when I called, a cheerful voice assured me that a tech would be out right away. And he was. I thought he'd help get the door open and my car out and then I would wait for whatever time until a part arrived. But, he was able to see the problem (broken spring) and get it fixed within about an hour and a half. Having the problem wasn't a good thing, but the service getting it taken care of was GREAT!!! Thanks so much!

From the beginning they supported us with samples and designing a door that fit within our budget. The installation was done the day after the door arrived, and it looks truly phenomenal. Queen City even coordinated with Precision Fit Doors to ensure we could stain our front door to match our garage door. Would highly recommend!

Really quick turnaround on scheduling appointment for service. The lady scheduling our service appointment was very polite and friendly. Darcy was the gentleman came over for the service. Called in the way to make sure we are home. Very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced guy. Fixed the issue with our garage door and went beyond and did some maintenance on both of our doors. He also gave some regular maintenance tips when leaving. Simply one of the best services I received in Regina so far. Keep it up Queen City Overhead!

Called Queen City Overhead Door and just needed a replacement remote for my aging Craftsman garage door opener. The system was still doing great but needed a new remote. The nice lady over the phone asked what system I had and said she had remotes for me at $55!! I drove down and picked a couple remotes up and she taught me how to program them !! Super knowledgable and experienced !! Such a friendly company !! Thank you !!
